I use a dpn) One skein of worsted weight yarn (I used Red Heart Super Saver in Dove in the picture above) Abbreviations: K = Knit P = Purl K2tog = Knit 2 together P2tog = Purl 2 together M1P = Make 1 purl, pick up “bar” between stitches from back to front, purl in front leg of stitch C6B = Slip 3 stitches onto cable needle and hold behind work, knit next 3 stitches, then knit stitches off cable needle. Pattern: Cast on 96 stitches (just a regular cast on works) 1x1 rib (k1, p1) for 1 ½” Increase round: *K6, P1, M1P, P1 * Repeat from * to * around. *K6, P3 * Repeat from * to * around for a total of 2 rounds.
