Toddler Candy Corn FREE Crochet Pattern
I promise my bottom stripe is yellow, I just have a bad camera.

What you will need:
- Red Heart Super Saver Worsted Weight (4) in White
- Red Heart Super Saver Worsted Weight (4) in Pumpkin
- Red Heart Super Saver Worsted Weight (4) in Yellow
- Size H Hook
- Yarn Needle
Abreviations for stitches used:
- SC = Single Crochet
- HDC = Half Double Crochet
- CH = Chain
With White:
Round 1: Ch 2, 11 hdc in second stitch from hook. Join at the top of the ch 2 at the beginning of the round.
Round 2: ch1, 2 hdc in each stitch around. Join at the top of ch 1 at the beginning of the round.
Round 3: ch1, 2 hdc in first st, 1 hdc in the next. Continue around. Join at the top of the ch 1 at the beginning of the round.
Round 4: ch1, 2 hdc in first st, 1 hdc in the next 2. Continue around. Join at the top of the ch 1 at the beginning of the round. Fasten off, weave in ends. Join the pumpkin yarn.
Round 5: ch1, 2 hdc in first st, 1 hdc in the next 3. Continue around. Join at the top of the ch 1 at the beginningof the round.
Round 6: ch1, 2 hdc in first st, 1 hdc in the next 4. Continue around. Join at the top of the ch 1 at the beginning of the round.
Rounds 7-12: ch1, 1 hdc in each around. Join at the top of the ch 1 at the beginning of the round. Fasten off and weave in ends. Join the yellow yarn.
Rounds 8 – 17: ch1, 1 hdc in each around. Join at the top of the ch 1 at the beginning of the round.
Rounds 18-19: ch 1, single crochet around. Join at the beginning of the ch 1 at the beginning of the round.
Fasten off and weave in ends.
Now, turn up the last three rows (the two single crochet rows and the last hdc row) to make a brim. With your yarn needle and the yellow yarn, stitch down the brim around the hat. Fasten off.
Now you have a candy cane hat. :)
