  • Caron Simply Soft in Blue Mint (or yarn that is similar)
  • Yarn Needle

Abbreviations:

  • Sts = Stitches
  • P = Purl
  • K = Knit

Cast on 20 sts.

Row 1: (Right side) P 7, K6, P7

Row 2: K7, P6, K7

Row 3: Repeat row 1

Row 4: Repeat row 2

Rows 5 & 6: Repeat rows 3 & 4

Row 7: P7, slip next 3 sts onto cable needle (or whatever you're using) and hold at front of your work. With right hand needle, knit the next 3 sts from the left hand needle and then knit the 3 sts from the cable needle, p7

Row 8: Repeat row 2

Keep repeating rows 1 – 8 until the headband will fit snuggly around your head. End by repeating rows 1 & 2 once more. Bind off leaving a long tail. Lightly block the sides if you want so that they lay flat, but it isn't necessary. Stitch the two ends together. Weave in ends.
