Ribbed Slouchy Beanie


Materials:
• K Crochet Hook
• Red Heart With Love Yarn in Pewter

Abbreviations:
• dc = double crochet
• fpdc = front post double crochet
• ch = chain
• sk = skip
• st = stitch
• sl st = slip stitch

Pattern is worked in continuous rounds.

Pattern:

Round 1: starting with a magic ring, 8 dc in ring. Pull tail of ring to tighten.

Round 2: 2 dc in each st around.

Round 3: *1 dc in first st, 2 dc in next st.* Repeat from * to * around.

Round 4: *1 dc in each of first 2 sts, 2 dc in next st.* Repeat from * to * around.

Round 5: *1 dc in each of first 3 sts, 2 dc in next st.* Repeat from * to * around.

Round 6: *1 dc in each of first 4 sts, 2 dc in next st.* Repeat from * to * around.

Round 7: *1 dc in first st, 2 dc in next st.* Repeat from * to * around.

Round 8: *fpdc each of next 2 sts, ch 1, sk 1 st.* Repeat from * to * around.

Rounds 9 - 17: Repeat round 8.

Round 18: *hdc in ch1 sp, hdc in each of next 2 sts.* Repeat from * to * around.

Rounds 19 - 21: sc in each st around.

Round 22: sl st in each st around.

Fasten off, weave in ends.
